Two Client Liaison Officer positions are currently vacant at Government Employees
Medical Scheme (GEMS). The Client Liaison Officer will report directly to the Team Leader
and forms part of the Client Liaison Division. These positions are based in East London,
Eastern Cape.

The total remuneration package for this position is R121 450.00 per annum (cost to

The Client Liaison Officer will provide support to the Team Leader through the
implementation of the following Key Performance Area (KPA):

member queries.

• Matric and/or post-matric qualifications;
• Passion for customer service;
