Requirements: 

• Grade 12 and DHIS Certificate with at least 1 - 2 years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM). 
• Computer literacy. 
• Have knowledge in DHIS, ETR.net and Tier.net system. 
• Good reporting writing, 
• Communication and typing skills.

Duties: 

• Accurate capture data from paper forms into a project-specific database Assist Clinicians with Completion of registers and clinical stationaries proper record management system. 
• Quality data Capturing and reporting to HIM. 
• Ordering an safeguarding of stationery. 
• Compiling and reporting Of daily, weekly and monthly statistics. 
• Check and verify the information on the report and insure That it is in accordance with set requirement, follow up on incomplete information, capture data Within time frame, check captured data for accuracy, print summarized reports, perform All general administration duties and monitoring documents.
