Minimum of 12 months unbroken Call Centre experience
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
Excellent computer skills are essential
Ability to work shifts is critical Monday to Sunday (9am to 11pm)
Customer Service : 1 to 2 years
