Ongoing contract position based in Durban Central.
R4500.00 Basic Salary, plus commission (uncapped commission structure).
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an initial training period, during this period the rate of pay will be R26.00 per hour, training hours will be Mon – Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

After completing the training period, employees are required to work shifts. There are two sets of shifts, which are as follows.
Set 1:
Mon, Wed and Fri: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tues: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
Thurs: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Set 2:
Mon to Fri: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, plus Saturday
Mon to Fri: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
These hours are alternated each week

Outbound marketing / telesales of cellular contracts, and related products to existing & new customersCapturing of applications onto system
Work towards daily sales targets and monthly activation targets
Job Requirements
Clear criminal record
Clear credit record (no listings over the value of R5000.00)
Minimum 6 months strong telesales experience OR
Minimum 6 months customer service experience in a call centre environment in the telecommunications industry
Cellular product knowledge
Computer literate
Excellent communication skills - fluent in English
Target driven
Passionate about sales
Willing to work shifts
