Main purpose of the job
Reporting to the Unit Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to provide a friendly, professional service to all customers and clients. Taking responsibility for ensuring that all food and beverage areas are fully stocked, and the working environment is clean and tidy.
Education and experience required:
- Matric
- Min of 2 years’ experience in the same role
- Working experience in hospitality environment
- Customer service experience

Key areas of responsibilities:
- Manage all dry stores completely from receiving to dispatch
- Compile dry store orders as per picking slips
- Manage stock control in all dry stores on a daily basis & ensure weekly stock figures are correct
- Ensure that the facility adheres to all Company rules and regulations.
- Provide regular feedback as appropriate to the Unit Manager.
- Ensure receiving and dispatch of all dry store products is monitored
- Provide information to the Unit Manager to ensure effective production and planning
- Constantly work to improve Quality and Service
