Salary:R98 340 - R127 668 per annum (plus benefits)

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 10
Computer literacy
Telephonic etiquette
Relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

Ensure that all calls are directed to the correct extensions
Ensure that councillors and officials have up to date information
Ensure that each employee uses the telephone system effectively
Ensure that up to date information can be obtained of who called, where to, time taken and the cost factor
Enable the public to leave messages and information relayed back to the public
Ensure that telephone lines are fully operational
