Minimum Requirements:

NQF Level 4: FET Certificate
Computer Literacy
Relevant Experience

Core Responsibilities:

Perform all administrative and financial related functions for building control
Apply and utilise systems in a manner that ensures accurate and timeous record keeping
Compile statistical data by keeping records to comply with legislation and budgetary requirements
Attend to enquiries by means of proper communication channels to maintain an acceptable level of service delivery
Type elementary documents by using appropriate equipment to ensure office efficiency
Circulate building plans to relevant departments and follow up thereof by using registration books
