PEP - Payroll administrator vacancy


PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To ensure correct and timeous payment of remuneration and administration of relevant personnel-related issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing the monthly payroll for Sales Assistant employees in the field.
Preparing and collecting monthly payroll input.
Check monthly payroll for errors.
Filing of all appropriate information and record keeping.
Processing personnel administarion (medical aid and provident fund).
Processing the transfer of employees between Stores/Regions.
Printing and distribution of payslips.
Handling of staff queries.
Distribution of monthly payslips and relevant payroll communication.
Liason with government institutions and other stakeholders.
Ad hoc duties.

JOB REQUIREMENTS


Grade 12.
3 Years experience in a payroll function.
Basic Accounting ability.
Proficiency on the CRS payroll system.
General working knowledge of the BCEA and wage determination will be advantageous.
Ability to work under pressure during peak times.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
