Purpose of Job /Role Intent:

Maintaining of Stock code Master Data – Upgrading and changes
Extending of Stock codes to relevant plants
Manuals & Spec sheets to be linked to Stock codes
Add, remove & replace stock codes to Equipment bill of material
Create Functional Locations & Equipment on SAP Master Data structures
Maintain structures of Master Data on SAP – flag for deletion & changes
Add / Remove Data Sheets on SPI / SPE System
Data Sheet Maintenance – Changes & upgrades
Data Sheets linking to BOM, MFD’s & Loop Drawings.
Link off all necessary documents on SAP and Smart Plant Foundation.
Verify description and technical info on stock codes and to be corrected.
Verify critical items – The inventory levels and type needs to be checked and changed.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

Matric (Gr 12)
NQF Level 4
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a operations environment
Strong wish: SmartPlant Electrical and SmartPlant Instrumentation experience
Strong wish: Inspection One experience
