Reporting directly to the Payroll Supervisor, you will be part of a diverse team of individuals within the bigger Human Resources team.
If you have a minimum of 1 year experience in Data Capturing and you are proficient in MS Office, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Qualifications Essential:
-A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric
- A qualification in Administration, payroll or Human Resources would be an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
-Proficiency in the latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook) is an important requirement.
-Be able to work independently, as well as be a team player.
-Excellent administration and coordination skills
-Efficiency in the multi-tasking
-Excellent numeric and analytical skills
-Attention to detail and able to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a an Administrative or data capturing role.
- Experience within a retail environment is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all Store on boarding is captured within the required time frame
- Ensure that all other store related administrative tasks are actioned.
