TFG - Receptionist/Switchboard Operator vacancy


Description

This exciting Receptionist/Switchboard Operator position has arisen within the Building Services division of TFG Services.

You will be responsible for:

Welcoming of visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Informing the host of the visitors arrival
Signing in of visitors, according to the Risk Control procedure
Handling of queries as they arise in a professional manner
Answer, transfer and execute switchboard calls correctly in a timeous and professional manner
Providing an “ultimate” service experience to both internal and external customers
Updating of relevant IT systems with customer complaints, compliments and queries
Administration, as and when required
Representing the TFG image and values at all times


The ideal candidate would need to:

Have a Matric certificate
Minimum of 2 year’s relevant working experience
Be PC literate, with Excel basic
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Have a strong customer service orientation
Have good interpersonal skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage conflict effectively
