Capitec - Admin Assistant vacancy


Purpose of the Role 

Join the Capitec family at our beautiful Stellenbosch campus to support and assist with administrative duties within the Remuneration department with a focus on filing important documentation. This is a contract position.

Qualifications 

•National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
•General office administration/filing experience (6 months) in a
similar environment

Experience 

•Basic payroll knowledge
•General office administration experience (6 months) in a payroll environment

Knowledge and skills 

•Attention to detail (accuracy)
•Ability to work independently
•Team player
•Planning and organisational skills
•Communication skills (verbal and written) in English
•Computer literacy (Basic MS Word, MS Excel


Additional Requirements 

• Service orientation
•Self-starter / use own initiative
•Sense of urgency
•Be able to work under pressure
•Integrity
