Key Purpose 

Processing of Administrative changes to Vitalitylife Policies from Brokers ad Customers


Key Outputs 

• Updating policies with trust information
• Processing of Commissionable changes to VitalityLife policies
• Receiving Confirmation Verification changes and distribute to Underwriting for decision
• Follow up on requested Medical Evidence
• Answering e-mail queries

Qualifications & Experience Education:

• Matric (Essential)


Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years working experience in an Administration / Servicing role the insurance industry is essential.
• 2 years prior experience within a UK Insurance environment is advantageous
• 1 year client services experience within the life insurance environment is advantageous
• An understanding of VitalityLife Systems

Essential Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite
