Requirements
A minimum of grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment
Duties
Duties
Collect data on maintenance and repairs.
Monitor completeness of data.
Capture data on the relevant maintenance system.
Validate that data was correctly captured.
Make back- ups of data captured.
Extract data from the system.
Validate correctness and completeness of data.
Liaise with different units to collect data and information in the correct formats and within agreed timeframes.
Provide technical support to validate the quality and completeness of data.
