1 years telesales or direct sales experience
Computer literate
Able to speak more than one language an advantage

Key Responsibilities :

Exceeding a minimum phone time monthly.
Exceeding a minimum call quality
Exceeding the minimum required monthly sales
Ensuring that all policies are captured accurately on a daily basis by close of business

Experience and Qualification

Matric
1 years telesales or direct sales experience
Computer literate
RE1 ( COMPULSORY)

Good telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills
Passion for sales
Must be able to work with high stress levels
Deadline and results orientated
Good time management skills
