Requirements

Grade 12 Certificate / (N3 equivalent). 

SKILLS: 

Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research. 
Statically report writing. 
Communication skills. 
Commitment to reading, writing and critical thinking. 
Good interpersonal relations. 
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. 

KNOWLEDGE: 

Excellent knowledge and understanding mass participation programmes 
• A Grade 12 Certificate plus an extensive relevant experience in managing and capturing data; 
• A relevant three-year qualification will serve as an added advantage; 
• The applicant should possess knowledge of reporting backed up by practical experience in capturing data• 
• The job holder should possess the ability to work under pressure and, often, work irregular hours and meet deadlines; 
• Must be good in excel spreadsheets backed by sound numerical and analytical knowledge; 
• A valid code B driver’s license and be able to travel to attend monthly meetings and collection of attendance registers; 
• Computer Literacy


Duties

• Provide exception reports on data received and captured; 
• Develop lists of EPWP reports expected. Reconcile reports received vs expected and advise supervisor on outstanding reports; 
• Capture all allocated EPWP reports from programmes; 
• Assist with the preparation of inputs to meet Branch’s reporting mandate. Conduct data quality assurance. 
• Identify data errors and report to Supervisor 
• Online reporting of EPWP projects on both the MIS and IRS system (training will be provided) Compile data with source documents re: copy of contracts, copy of ID's and information from Payroll • Attending site visits relating to EPWP projects 
• Compile and sort and verify accurate list of data with Supervisor before data is captured on the EPWP off line and online project templates

Notes

Applicants must be between 18 and above of age. Currently unemployed and residing in the centre listed above. Applicants must be willing to work flexible.
