ADMIN ASSISTANT - Nulandis


Job Description

Nulandis is looking to recruit a Administrator Assistant to work in Paarl.
Nulandis is a developer, manufacturer and distributor of a broad range of complementary products for the Agrochemical market. The company also represents a number of multinational suppliers and key technology partners and works closely with growers in order to provide a comprehensive solution to their growing needs. Nulandis has national distribution coverage and has also extended its footprint into Africa and further afield.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance of an efficient filing system.
• Provide planning and logistical admin support.
• Procurement of resources.
• Undertake other relevant administrative duties as and when required.
• Ensure all documentation is retained, recorded and filed correctly and kept up to date.
• Arrange courier services, TREM cards for transporters and GRN of goods on DOT.NET.
• Ensure over counter sales are accurate and correctly processed.
• Ensure all information is accessible and/or provided/distributed.
• Ensure reports are accurate and that they are done on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Ensure data capturing is done accurately and correctly on DOT.NET and Syspro.
• Ad hoc tasks as delegated.
• Counting and capturing physical stock monthly.
• Maintain fuel records and fuel averages are maintained for drivers and formulate a fuel usage report monthly as well as ordering of fuel for forklifts as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Must be in possession of a matric (Grade 12).
• Minimum of 3 years’ hands on experience in Customer Service, clerical work and office administration.
• Computer knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) is a prerequisite.
• Must possess strong communication and planning skills as well as attention to detail.
• Must possess the ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
• Knowledge of Syspro and DOT.NET is advantageous.
• Must be efficient and maintain a high level of discipline.
• Must be innovative and able to use own initiative as well as be results orientated.
• Must conform to relevant safety, health and environmental rules and regulations.
