Purpose Statement

To provide administrative services to the merchant network as part of the back office function of Business Support (BSC); vetting of applications, the application of FICA, credit checks and other general administration.

Experience

Minimum:
Data capturing principles and processes
In a client service environment

Qualifications (Minimum)

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)

Knowledge

Minimum:
Data capturing principles and processes
Customer care and service protocol

Ideal:
Banking systems and merchant card knowledge within a retail banking environment
FICA
