Call centre Agent - Capitec


Purpose Statement

To assist in various outbound calling campaigns
To maximise delivery of service in different areas
Market Capitec Bank products telephonically
Deliver excellent customer services to attract and retain clients.
Conduct outbound surveys on clients.

Experience

Minimum:
1 - 2 years Telemarketing experience
1 year Call centre experience
1 – 2 years Sales experience

Qualifications (Minimum)

Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
