Job Details

We are a leading technology company looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our National Operations Call Centre. The Call Centre provides 24 hour operational and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide operational and technical support to clients
Take appropriate action to resolve client's technical problems by troubleshooting
Communicate with clients and provide feedback on problems or queries received
Provide support to operational staff and escalate client issues that have an impact on operations


Candidate Requirements

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK 12 HOUR SHIFTS (rotating between Day and Night shifts)
1-3 Years solid call centre experience
Call Centre/Customer Service Certificate will be advantageous
Must have strong attention to detail
Must have excellent telephone etiquette
Pro-active and good at identifying and solving problems
Ability to work in isolation as well as within a team environment
