Introduction:

We have a newly created position for an Employer Administrator who is highly meticulous and enjoys working with numbers. The purpose of this role is to accurately obtain employer information from both internal and external sources. The position will report to the Employer and Pay Date Manager.

Description:

We have a newly created position available for a highly meticulous person who enjoys working with numbers. The purpose of this role is to accurately obtain employer information from both internal and external sources. The employer administrator will be responsible for accurately capturing customer pay dates affecting the NAEDO success rate and credit decisions.


Key Performance Areas:

Evaluate new employers
Link customers to new employers and obtain their historical payment behaviour
Obtain pay date information from historical trends
Perform HR confirmations
Complete HR confirmations timeously and accurately
BI reports
Analyse daily reports to identify any irregularities
Investigate non-performing employers
Investigate employers timeously and accurately whilst following standard operational procedures
Contribute to auditing and monitoring enhancements
Provide suggestions to enhance employer management processes and systems

Qualification

Grade 12

Experience

One years’ customer management experience within a financial services environment
One years’ experience in a similar role will be advantageous
One years’ working experience with Excel

Knowledge and understanding of payment behavior within the financial services environment
Proficient in MS Office (Ms Word; PowerPoint; Excel and Outlook)
