GEP is a Provincial Government agency established under the auspices of the Department of Economic Development, to provide non-financial support; financial support; and co-ordinate stakeholders for the benefit of SMMEs in Gauteng.
Key Responsibilities
Acts as first point of contact for Clients via phone, email and walk in.
Supplies Clients with relevant documentation for SMME registration.
Provides information on the registration process.
Conducts presentations to potential clients.
Checks Client’s financial statements.
Scrutinises Client’s business plan.
Tracks progress on applications and provide feedback to Client.
Captures Client information on spreadsheet.
Registers new companies on CIP system.
Amends existing company details on system.
Prepares reports on activities every monthly.
Requirements
Matric, Certificate in Customer Services/ Administration or relevant NQF equivalent
1 year experience in a customer services, administration environment (Internship/ Experiential learning or similar experience)
Valid Drivers licence
