Woolworths is looking for vibrant, enthusiastic and people-oriented individuals to step into Interactive Customer Assistant positions at various stores in Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo. The main purpose of the positions is to prepare deli food and to service deli customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare rotisserie chicken and other take away foods
Ensure that the counter is stocked and has visually appealing displays
Ensure stock rotation disciplines are adhered to
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
Maintain and complete all documentation i.e. temperature recording, probe and scale calibration
Use product knowledge to suggest buying options
Ensure that waste is identified and removed


Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent NQF would be advantageous
Exceptional hygiene skills
Experience as a deli assistant or working for a catering company or equivalent (foods handling environment) is beneficial
Proficient in English
