Bidvest Bank has Leanership in Cape Town, Western Cape. Must be available full time for the duration of the Learnership programme – (01 November 2016 to 31 October 2017). The learner must be available to learn in any of Bidvest Bank’s branches/departments and to work shifts.

Bidvest Bank is a fully-fledged niche bank serving both businesses and individuals, and a subsidiary of The Bidvest Group Limited.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Learners are responsible to submit portfolio of evidence, assignments and exams on time.
• We expect learners to submit their own work and steer away from plagiarism.
• Adhere to business etiquette and portray a professional image of the bank at all time.
• Learners need to comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Learners are responsible for their ensuring they learn every day, especially in branches.
• Achieve balance between doing POE’s and in-branch training. 100% attendance .
• Participate appropriately in all classroom training.

Requirements

• Must have Matric with Maths or Accounting and English.
• Can be a graduate with Diploma or degree.

Skills

• Must be customer centric.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Must be computer literate.
