AVBOB as a pacesetter in the funeral business seeks to employ a high calibre candidate for the position of Clerk: Filing and Creditors Accounts. The position is based at our Head Office in the Pretoria CBD.

Specification
- Capturing of creditors accounts accurately in the financial management system
- Ensure that all financial transactions are within the approved pricing structure.
- Ensure that reconciliation of creditors accounts are completed timeously and advise
- on corrections for reversals, if any.
- Handling of all queries as received through the different medians and assist with the
- completion of reports pertaining to non-compliance to policy and procedure.
- Preparing and filing of documents for archiving and ensure easy retrieval thereof
- Performing general administration functions as and when required
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good financial acumen

- Good Interpersonal Skills
