Clerk wanted at AVBOB


Introduction

AVBOB as a pacesetter in the funeral business seeks to employ a high calibre candidate for the position of Clerk: Filing and Creditors Accounts. The position is based at our Head Office in the Pretoria CBD.

Job Functions 
  • Administration

Specification
  • Capturing of creditors accounts accurately in the financial management system
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are within the approved pricing structure.
  • Ensure that reconciliation of creditors accounts are completed timeously and advise
  • on corrections for reversals, if any.
  • Handling of all queries as received through the different medians and assist with the
  • completion of reports pertaining to non-compliance to policy and procedure.
  • Preparing and filing of documents for archiving and ensure easy retrieval thereof
  • Performing general administration functions as and when required

Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Good financial acumen
  • Computer Skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Attention to detail
