ADMIN CLERK wanted at goverment hospital

Salary: R142 461 – R167 814 per annum (plus benefits)

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
Qualification in Office administration/Public Management or Administration will be an added advantage.
At least 1-2 years’ experience in administration field. Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Computer literacy (MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Internet & Email).
Must be willing to rotate and able to work under pressure. Must be able to perform record management and document electronic filing.
High level of reliability, confidentiality and professionalism.


Duties:

Registration and discharge of patients on the electronic and manual system used in the facility.
Filing and retrieving of files and other records.
Management of stock control systems, typing and compiling of statistic reports and other reports. Rotate to different areas of need.
Tracking and monitoring of patients waiting times. Ordering of stock and other stationery items.
