JOB DETAILSOur highly successful client based in Century City, Cape Town, is seeking customer service agents to join their existing client service department experts. In the field of medics, the successful individual need to assist customers with dental queries linked to their medical aid.
To qualify for this position you need to meet the following requirements.
Key Requirements
- Must at least have 1 year unbroken customer service experience (in a call centre, international call centre is a bonus)
- Must have obtained your Matric
- Must have a clear ITC (no debt)
- Clear criminal record
- Should at least speak 3 of the following South African languages ( Ndebele, Northern Sotho, Sotho, Swazi, Tsonga, Tswana, Venda)
- Need to have an excellent neutral English accent
- Must be able to start immediately
- Excellent telephone etiquette
Salary
- R8000 CTC (month-to-month contract)
Working hours
- 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
