Overview

An excellent administrative opportunity for a hardworking and passionate individual within a highly established healthcare call centre environment
Purpose and Objectives

Job Purpose: 

To plan, direct and co-ordinate the administrative activities for the Clicks professional
call centre on a daily basis


Job Objectives:

To collate, route and store all documents received and ensure distribution to correct department/person.
To monitor and distribute the error reports to Supervisors in order for follow up and corrections to be made
To action all auditing on data capturers and record errors on spread sheet as per error protocol for line management to address
To ensure all administrative forms e.g. leave forms, warnings etc. are copied and filed in relevant departmental files as well as copies distributed to HR for record keeping
To ensure staff clocking, locum timesheets and daily attendance registers are captured and calculated correctly in order for them to get paid accordingly
To order all departmental stationery on a weekly basis to ensure availability at all times

Requirements

Matric - Essential
One year within secretarial /admin position - Essential
Business Process experience - Essential


Knowledge and Skills:

Customer service (internal) (6months) - Desirable
Communication skills (6 months) - Desirable
Problem solving skills (6 months) - Desirable
Organisational skills (6 months) - Essential
Administrative skills (6 months) - Essential
