PURPOSE OF JOB / ROLE INTENT

-Responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient administration at Sasol Mining Environmental Management Department.
-Responsible for general area / department and is the team’s expert in methods and tasks efficiencies.
-To assist in ensuring effective office administration, document control and Environmental
-Management reporting within the established governance framework.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

-Grade 12 (Must)
-Secretarial diploma (wish)


CORE ELEMENTS OF JOB

- Report on issues and challenges identified
- Action tasks with attentiveness, assertiveness and persistence
- Ensure that work standards are met according to quality standards & compliance
- Submit data, documents, information and presentations as per schedule
- Awareness of cost / budget
- Assist with data gathering and distribution
- Optimise and control resources effectively. Achieve SHE and risk objectives
- Develop data owner network across all BU’s for all relevant required data for reporting purposes, including BU’s Board reporting, SAP EC and SD reporting
- Verify and correct raw data by highlighting inconsistencies with the data capturer (owner), seeking explanations for inconsistencies and / or correct the data where
relevant.
- PPE management for the Department
- SAP, PR and other relevant SAP transactions
