Job description

Based within our contact centre we require individuals with data capture abilities and attention to detail, able to manage task lists effectively and solve problems. You will be provided with workplace skills transfer opportunities and formal external training.

Should you complete the program successfully, you will contribute to the successful delivery of client programme by providing effective administrative services at all times adhering to service level agreements.

The hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.


Requirements

Minimum grade 8
Customer Service experience (advantageous)
Written and verbal communication skills
