Discovery - Service Consultant(call centre) vacancies


Key Purpose 

Make outbound calls and to receive inbound calls from Discovery Insure clients regarding alarms that have been activated.

Key Outputs 

Call handling: 

Take and make calls within predetermined Service Level Agreements and ensuring a proper Turn Around Time (TAT)
Monitor and respond to alarm signals received
Keep clients informed of progress on interactions
Dispatch emergency service to client location

Matric (Essential)
PSIRA Accreditation (Essential)

Experience:

Minimum 6 months call centre experience (inbound and/or outbound) preferably within a shift environment (Essential)
24 Hour emergency call centre experience (Essential)
