Nedbank - Call centre agent vacancies


Job Purpose

To provide professional and efficient call services in the MFC Bancassurance/VAPS Outbound Department order to optimise client experience for Nedbank clients and ensure continued relationships are created and maintained.

Job Responsibilities


Adhere to the daily schedule to ensure that targets are met.
Build and maintain professional relationships with all Stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Preferred Qualification

Call Centre Certificate

Minimum Experience Level

6 months experience in a client facing/call centre environment

Technical / Professional Knowledge


Microsoft Office
