PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To administer payments related to imported goods
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Capturing of invoices in the department
• Opening and distributing mail
• Handling of queries
• Accurately identifying and resolving or escalating problems/issues
• Filing of invoices and payments
• General administration duties
• Ad hoc duties
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 (with Accounting)
• An accounting or finance diploma will be an advantage
• Relevant work experience will be an advantage
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Aptitude to work with figures
• Competencies: Good problem solving skills; Detail orientation; Confidence and decisiveness; Planning, organizing and control;
Communication; Stress tolerance and able to work in a team as well as independently.
