Requirement Overview

To provide an efficient and professional service and support to our customers in the day to day running of the Call Centre and Maintenance Monitoring Unit.

Duties and Responsibilities


•Ensure excellent customer contact and service. •Excellent telephone etiquette. •Contribute to excellent staff interaction and team work. Communicate with Fleet Controllers and managers when the need arise. Keep all staff informed at all times. (breakdowns, accidents, high jacking and theft) •Have thorough knowledge of Operating Procedures and Technical support to customers. Co-ordinate all breakdowns within the required timelines. Co-ordinate roadside assistance. Management of all accidents. Management of all theft and hi-jacking incidents. Assistance when drivers require directions to any location. General assistance in all fields as required by the customer.

Qualifications: 

Grade 12 or equivalent. 
technical knowledge of motor vehicles. 
Minimum of three years’ experience in a Call Centre and administrative environment.
