The successful candidate must be well groomed, have good communication skills, planning and organising skills, be cost conscious, quality oriented and customer focused.
Duties
Duties
To serve refreshments during meetings, to ensure that there is stock available at all times/stock taking.
To ensure safe keeping of the utensils/cutlery.
To make sure that the kitchen is neat all the time.
Prepare venues for meetings.
Monitor cleaning service responsible for cleaning the kitchen and boardroom.
Provide support to the registry clerks in assisting with the registry.
Taking messages, messenger services, filing, faxing and photocopying.
Provide monthly inspection report indicating breakages, calls logged and actions taken.
