Discovery - Administrator vacancies


Key Purpose 

To take calls and assist all Discovery Direct Brokers, and their assistants with queries and provide query resolutions

Key Outputs 

Dealing with multiple telephonic queries from Discovery Direct brokers and their assistants
Dealing with all queries through to resolution
Logging of all queries
Keeping intermediaries up to date with their queries
Pipeline work to be followed up weekly and documented
Ensuring excellent quality service to all Intermediaries and their assistants
Completing administrative and repetitive tasks in keeping accurate, detailed stats of all queries/correspondence and reporting on it on a weekly basis
Routing all enquiries to correct departments
Capturing of New Business applications (Life and Investments)
Working on various Discovery Systems (Smart Advice, Smart Track, Paradigm, Front Line, Servicing and More)

Qualifications & Experience 

2 years customer service experience – Essential
