Job Advert 

An exciting and challenging opportunity has become available for a Helpdesk Operator within the Cellular Department. This position is based at our Support Centre in Kuils River and reports directly to the Cellular Manager.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is resilient, hard-working, a team player and has excellent communication skills to deal with our Customers both internally and externally.

Qualifications 

A Grade12/Matric certificate (Essential).

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent attention to detail and be solutions driven.
• Proactively seeking way to improve operations.
• The ability to work independently, as well as a team player and cope with pressure and deadlines.

KNOWLEDGE required:

• Knowledge of cellular products and services
• Knowledge of latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) at an Intermediate Level
• Knowledge of Systems


Key Responsibilities 

• To provide a service and offer assistance to stores
• To ensure that the Helpdesk Phone is manned continuously.
• Co-ordinate and resolve Customer and Store queries within the required SLA.
• Communicate exceptionally well with our business Partners and Customers
