Requirements

Minimum level of academic qualification required. Standard 8/grade 10 or equivalent qualification. Prior exposure necessary to perform the job is 1-2 years relevant experience. 
A valid license. 

Knowledge: 

Relevant legislations and Public service regulations. Knowledge of administration policies, systems and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of departmental strategic priorities and programmes.

Duties

Deliver and collect parcels and documents.
Record incoming and outgoing documents.
Dispatch mail and documents.
Preparation of outgoing mail via couriers.
Drive officials guests as and when required.
Assist with photocopies and binding of documents.
