Sasol - Admin vacancy


Position Summary:

To provide General and SAP Administrative support to the Services Hub

Job Requirements:

Grade 12
SAP PM literate
Understanding of the planning function in the Sasol environment
Office administration experience (advantage)
MS Office
Minimum of 2 years experience as a SAP Administrator

Functional outputs:

Liaison between Lifting Hub and relevant customers/suppliers
Extraction of SAP work schedules
Extracting of SAP reports for management feedback meetings
Strong understanding and knowledge of the SAP PM process:
Creation of notifications
Creation of work orders and printing of daily work orders
Creation of purchase requisitions from JCE’s, supplier quotations and direct purchase requisitions
Purchasing of goods from APC catalogue
Capture of time confirmations
Maintain and control user status of work orders on SAP regarding cost completion and job status
Extract department backlogs
Live and uphold the Sasol values
Customer focus and service excellence driven
