Anglo American - Learnership Vacancies X5

Kumba Iron Or’s Thabazimbi Mine is offering a Learnership programme in the following disciplines:

*Mining (3)
*Safety (1)
*Game Farm (1)

Preference will be given to applicants who reside in the Thabazimbi Local Municipality.

Students who have completed their studies but who are still unemployed will be allowed to do their Learnership at any time during the year but for a maximum of 12 months.

Minimum requirements:

Applicants for the Mining and Game Farm positions should have completed their Gr 12 Senior Certificate.
Applicants for the Safety position should have completed at least one (1) year tertiary qualification in the relevant discipline.
A valid Driver’s license (Code 8 or EB) will be to the candidate’s advantage.
Applications will have to undergo a medical Fitness and be declared medically fit for the position
