MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric (Grade 12)
Related tertiary qualification will be advantageos
Computer literate
Experience in routing and scheduling essential
Experience in ISO and OHS Act essential
Good communication and people skills
Strong management/leadership skills
Understanding of routine management
Job Specification
Control drivers
Dispatching of trucks
Briefing and de-briefing of drivers
Administrative functions including clock cards
Ensure that trucks are loaded
Ensure truck maintenance is done on time
Route planning/Route effectiveness
POD control
ISO and OHS Act
Arrange Special Deliveries
Printing of control documents
Housekeeping
Ensure trucks and tankers are clean and presentable
To work shifts including night shifts and wekekends
To have own transport
