A vacancy exists for a CES Administrator, reporting to CES Area Manager Northern Region Pretoria. The main purpose of this position is to ensure that an efficient and cost effective Administrative service is rendered to the CES Norther Region Dedepartment.
Minimum Requirements...
The successful candidate will have a Grade 12 / Matric qualification with a minimum of 3 years experience in general accounting/administration. Strong computer and communication skills is essential. Knowledge of SAP and project accounting would be an advantage. Relevant personal attributes required include self motivated, goals driven, systematic and ability to be tolerant. Further competencies required are information sharing, influencing, customer intimacy, growth drive and partnership building.
Job Specification...
Ensure that all statements for all credit cardholders in the CES Northern Region are received, logs are allocated correctly and sent to FSC at month end.
Capture staff timesheets on a weekly basis with relevant cost allocations.
Capture staff overtime and send to line manager on a monthly basis.
Compile the total KMs travelled by CES staff on a monthly basis.
Prepare recovery journals and allocate the correct profit, cost centers and order numbers.
SAP Purchasing and Goods Receipt.
Weekly capital and saleable projects budget reports extracted from SAP.
Update the WIP on projects on a weekly basis.
Take full responsibility for the closure of all capital and saleable projects and liaise with sales for any queries.
Take full responsibility of administration and filing for the department.
Update vehicle asset register on a monthly basis for department.
Ensure all contractor safety files are kept up to date in accordance with Afrox’s safety requirements/ standards.
Ensure all contractor man hours, quotes and KMs are handed in timeously
Ensure all planned maintenance for the region is captured in SAP PM daily.
Log all corrective maintenance services in SAP PM.
Ordering/ organize any stationary needed by the staff
