MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience
Grade 12 or equivalent
2-3 Years experience in the administration field
General transport background highly advantageous
Experience or exposure to technical aspects in the Transport Environment would be an advantage
Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving abilities
Able to work under pressure
Deadline orientated
Reliable and dependableMust be procactive and able to use own initiative
Must have own transport

Key Performance Areas

Administration of maintenance contracts for all technical equipment
Update auction lists
Assist with the sale and documentation of vehicles and equipment
Collating offers to purchase
Obtain payments
Responsible for registration and deregistration of vehicles
Asset transfers, CAP and document processing
Processing invoices for payment
Update fleet list for the entire BU
Collating unit failure data
Responsible for monthly financial reconcilliations
Responsible for month end technical flash consolidation
Maintain and update admin and technical files
Vehicle licences, fines and penalties - monitor and report as well as submit remnders to contracts
Assist in compiling contract informations for technical projects as and when required
