Requirements

ABET(Candidate must be able to read and write) 
Grade 10/12 
Good communication and Interpersonal Relations skills.

Duties

Ensure proper and effective food service, maintain and control unit equipment, and secure that breakages are reported immediately.
Perform daily cleaning tasks-routine in nature(clean, dust mop and scrub).
Assist with the preparation of functions, the performing of routine tasks to operate food service equipment. 
Lifting of heavy Foodservice equipment. 
Applying hygiene and safety measures in the area of work according to hygiene and safety manual and planned work schedules. 
To liaise with colleagues,supervisors and other staff where applicable. 
Be prepared to relieve in all areas of Foodservice unit when required. 
Be willing to undergo continuous training and development programs. 
The preparation of food for normal and therapeutic diets. 
Cleaning of the kitchen and disinfecting of the equipment on daily bases. 
Daily dish-up of food and distribution of meals. 
Report all faulty equipment to Supervisor. 
Be responsible for all allocated resources to your section.
