Recruitment Administrative Assistant - Brackenfell Recruitment Centre

Purpose 

To provide reception and general administration support to the Western Cape Recruitment Centre in terms of handling calls and correspondence, administration and general support

Qualifications 

Grade 12 (Matric) qualification - essential
Relevant Diploma in Administration or related - desirable

Experience 

Reception, switchboard and administration experience is essential
Job-related experience in an HR environment would put your application at the top of the pack

Knowledge HR principles

Skills Advanced skills in MS Office suite
Strong task management and admin skills
Fluent English
SAP experience would be beneficial


Job objectives 

1. To handle inbound calls from applicants, stores, internal department and Managers on a daily basis
2. Maintain available candidate lists on Excel and Google sheets
3. Escalate concerns to Recruitment Centre Manager pro-actively
4. Capture and maintain statistical information pertaining to the day-to-day running of the Recruitment Centre
5. Accept and process CV's as and when dropped off by applicants
6. Take and record messages accurately and in a timely manner
7. Ensure accurate and sufficient candidate-related documentation is available for use by Recruitment Officers
8. Ensure filing is done on a daily basis
