To directly assist the Divisional Training Manager by providing dedicated support and ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications Essential
• Grade 12
• Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification
Experience Essential
•1-2 years Administrative experience
•Experience in a Learning and Development environment will be an added advantage
Knowledge Essential
•MS Word
•MS Excel (Intermediate)
•MS PowerPoint
Skills Essential
•Excellent Planning and Time Management skills
•Communication (English: Read, write and speak fluently)
•Interpersonal skills
Desirable
•SAP
Job objectives Training:
•Capturing of training registers on SAP
•Producing of training stats report on monthly basis
•Loading of new Training Providers onto SAP
•Loading of Learnerships onto SAP
•Maintaining an accurate learnership progress status of learners on SAP
•Record keeping of external training
•Assisting in setting external training
•Managing training logistics
SETA:
•Assisting learnership enrolments of learners
•Arranging and liaising with learners for SETA monitoring and evaluation visits
•Assisting the Training Manager with SETA reports for claiming of grants
•Maintaining learnership database
