The above position is vacant at Securilab,reporting to theBranch Administrator.The overall purpose of this position isto provide administrative support to the department, data capturing and maintaining of adequate and accurate records.
Minimum Requirements...

Minimum Requirements:

•Grade 12 or MatricCertificate.
•Computer literacy.
•No criminal record.
•Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.
•Ability to work without supervision andunder pressure.

Job Specification...

•Answering the telephone and takingmessages
•Maintaining good relations with both internal and external clients and service providers
•Assisting in general office enquiries and tasks
