Brief Description

To provide a quality administration service to the Claims Services and SIU department and contribute to managing claims spend.

Detailed Description

Responsibilities
· Accurate and complete claims data capturing of data on ICAP & OMI Systems
· Preparation of monthly and weekly stats
· Ensure timeous completion and submission of ROI reports
· Booking out [Allocation] of claims to investigators/ ICAP and BPM updates.
· Adherence to SLAs (TAT and cycle-time) with the other Claims Functions/ Segments
· Attending to minute taking and preparation of reports for meetings attended by Specialist Investigations Unit management
· Assist the profiling team with their duties
· Responsible for administration, filing and general administration in the department
· Provide service to internal customers
· Proactively ensure use of time, of resources, money, materials or equipment is in line with policies and procedures.
· Engages with others in line with organizational guidelines, policies, culture and values.
· Collaborate and work closely together with others thereby leveraging constructive team dynamics and innovation.
· Be aware of capacity building initiatives (i.e. development programs, training, mentorship, coaching etc.)

Job Requirements

· Matric
· Computer literacy in MS Office
· 2-5 year administration experience essential
· Degree/ Higher Qualification will be advantageous
