Description

Exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and qualified individual to join the Airport Management Division at East London Airport.

Key Performance Outputs

-The successful candidate, reporting to the Operations Coordinator, will be responsible for the following:
-Proactively identify, resolve and escalate customer’s needs as and when required.
Announce flight information
-Provide support to relevant stakeholder to ensure achievement of objectives.
-Participate in customer care projects and initiatives as and when required.
-Build, support and maintain healthy diverse internal and external relationships to ensure the achievement of organisational goals.
-Capture information for trending purposes.
-Identify and escalate any system related errors.
-Escalate repeated Operational non-compliance

Technical Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:

-The successful candidate must have a valid Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent and experience, based on the job requirements, within the position.
-Basic proficiency of Ms Office packages.
-A period of 1-3 years’ operations related experience is recommended.

Competencies

The ideal candidate must be an individual who is an achiever with good verbal communication skills. The candidate must also be diplomatic and be able to manage conflict, plans work and demonstrate good problem-solving skills.
