Mrp money is looking for a self –motivated, passionate, persevering and efficient Insurance Administrator to join their fast-paced team.
The Insurance Administrator will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service with all admin-related issues. The key focus of this role will include registration , handling queries and compiling payment packs, all while ensuring a positive, quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
Efficient registration of claims.
Efficient validation of claims (retrenchment, hospitalization, critical illness, death and lost card).
Efficient declination of claims.
Effectual preparation and compilation of payment packs.
Conducting effective investigations when required.
Placing effective outbound calls to customers to request outstanding documents.
Receiving and effectively handling calls (inbound) from customers.
Debtor’s administration, including debt reviews, bureau, deceased, admin orders, financial service product claims.
Ensure that quality assurance is aligned with service / sales standards within the operational environment.
Requirements and skills

Requirements and skills
Grade 12
Minimum of 2 years Insurance experience
Industry accreditation: Full FAIS accreditation and valid RE5 certification.
Legislative knowledge: FAIS, FICA, National Credit Act, all relevant insurance legislation, ombudsman knowledge.
Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
Excellent communication in English (verbal and written)
